We will explore the multiple variables agents and realtors face, how to protect oneself while working alone, explore differences in generations and communication, and discuss competition not only with other agencies, but within your own group. Explore different types of mobile elevated work platforms, their capabilities and limitations, legislation, and hazards. Learn about fall protection regulations, emergency planning and responses, and ways to protect yourself and those around you.
